Good hair days 💁🏻

Edit
Some days I wake up in the morning and have no idea what to do with my hair. I have so much of it. Honestly most of the time I end up doing nothing at all. I wanted to share quick easy steps of curling your hair. It’s an easy way to glam up with out taking hours.

First I use living proof 5 in 1 styling treatment to prep my hair before I start to blow dry it. I make sure to evenly distribute the product from roots to ends by combing it through. I’m in love with this product. It’s going to condition, shine, protect and hold. Your hair will stay beautifully styled up to three days. Unfortunately I go to the gym every other day so I’m forced to wash my hair. Lol 😭

I use a regular curling iorn. It has a clamp. Instead of using the clamp I use it like a wand. I wrap my hair around the barrel without holding down the clamp. (Like you would do for traditional curls) I seperate my hair into four sections. Two sections in the front and two sections in the back. I then take one inch sections at a time. I hold my hair for about 40 seconds. I have thick hair. If you have thin hair be careful not to hold it too long and burn your hair. ALWAYS be sure your hair is 100% dry before you start to curl. To do my entire head takes about 30 mintutes.

I then let the curls set while doing my makeup. Once I’m done doing my makeup I go back and brush the curls through. I use a paddle brush or my fingers.

  1. What hairbrush do you use? I have the wet brush and I love it but I find it makes my hair static-y if I use it on my dry hair. So I’ve been looking for a different one.

  2. Greetings Sarmichell!

Your hair is quite lovely, lush and thick! I wouldn’t do anything with it be co-wash it, and let it do its thing. In this photos, it halos your face fabulously! You’re gorgeous!

    Wonderful post!
